The organization’s vision is to perform all the functions necessary and provide all the facilities for the success of the software technology industry. We take the necessary steps to establish the infrastructural resources, including international communication and strive to promote and export promotional activities.
We have connected with various mentors with years of experience and have also partnered with angel funding platforms to help budding start-ups. We are looking forward to improving the market analysis, technology assessments, and segmentation. We organize multiple workshops and exhibitions to facilitate the upcoming generations.
Our Mission
The organization has a mission to facilitate specialized training and deliver new innovative ideas by accelerating start-ups with immense potential. We provide them with the financial resources to grow in the industry. Our objective is to work closely with the respective state governments and contribute to the industry as well as the government. We strive to promote establishing software technology for the promotional schemes that are announced by the government. We promote quality and security to the IT Industry by engaging start-ups and conducting cohorts to encourage participation and increase innovation.

Mr. Arvind Kumar Director General-STPI
Shri Arvind Kumar is the Director General of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI). Before joining STPI, he was working in Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) since 2004. As advisor in TRAI, he was responsible for formulating policies on broadband, data security & privacy issues, manufacturing, DTH, IPTV, TV broadcasting and OTT, after having worked since 1997 in the Indian Government run premier technology centre, C-DoT, in various capacities.
He also has worked with International Telecommunication Union (ITU) as Rapporteur on the issues related to Migration to Next Generation Network (NGN) including OTT, cloud computing, security and privacy related issues. Shri Kumar holds an MTech degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi, India.
Mr. Shashidhar Reddy Vice President-Engineering & Business Lead of Hyderabad Development Centre
Mr. Shashidhar Reddy is the Vice President (engineering) and Business Head of Hyderabad Development Center and the Chief Mentor for IMAGE CoE. He is the Director of Qualcomm and holds extensive experience in protocol stacks development, driver development, and multimedia wireless platforms. He had previously worked in multiple prominent organizations such as Northern Telecom, Intel, Motorola, Sony, and Skyworks Solutions.
Smt. Kavitha C Director STPI Hyderabad
Smt. Kavitha C is the Jurisdictional Director – Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), Hyderabad catering to the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. She is responsible for promotion of Software Exports from these States along with implementation of various policies in IT/ITES and ESDM sector. She is also the CEO of IMAGE CoE for Gaming, Animation, VFX, Computer Vision and AI Start-Ups and KALPATARU CoE on Industry 4.0 for Industrial IoT, Industrial Robots, Simulation, Systems Integration, and Additive Manufacturing. She is member of various Committees constituted by Govt. of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
She has 23+ years of rich experience in supporting Government, Industry and Start-up Ecosystem.
She holds Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Telecommunications and MBA in Operations Management.
Mr. Subodh Sachan Director STPI HeadQuarter ,CEO of STPINEXT INITIATIVES
Sh. Subodh Sachan is the Director of STPI HeadQuarter in New Delhi. He is also the CEO of STPINEXT INITIATIVES, which heads STPI’s pan-India startup initiatives. He proposed and delivered multiple major initiatives to STPI including the establishment of domain-specific Centres such as IoT, AI, BlockChain, AR/VR, etc.
Mr. Rajiv Chilka Founder & CEO Green Gold Animations
Mr. Rajiv Chilka is the Founder & CEO of GreenGold Animations has taken the company from a one-person team to an organization that employs over 700 people. He is the creator of various animated TV shows like Bongo, Krishna, Vikram Betal, Chhota Bheem, Chorr Police, Krishna Balram, Luv Kush, Mighty Raju, and Arjun. Along with that, he has directed three theatrical movies, including Chhota Bheem and Curse of Damyaan, Chhota Bheem and the Throne of Bali, and Mighty Raju. He has received many awards, such as SCE Alumni Achievement Award, CII Regional Emerging Entrepreneurs Award, and ABAI Leadership Excellence award.

Along with that, he also runs VFX Services globally and Game Training Academies all over India. He is operating multiple profitable businesses in diverse industries like Gaming, Education, Media, and Entertainment. He has also guided many organizations with strategic investment plans.
