TVAGA(Telangana VFX, Animation and Gaming Association) is an exclusive non-profit association of Media & Entertainment industry in Telangana. TVAGA has been working in collaboration with Government of Telangana, with the noble objective of promoting & supporting Animation, Gaming & visual effects industry. TVAGA is one of the Consultative Committee members to facilitate incentives of Image policies announced by Govt of Telangana to uplift the AVCG Industry. TVAGA represent the industry and acts as a coordinator between Government and the stakeholders of the industry including artists, technicians, advisors, educators, studio executives, supervisors, PR/marketing specialists, producers, and entrepreneur to improve their welfare and professional integrity.

The Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association, HYSEA is a registered apex body with more than 300 members, representing the software industry in Hyderabad under the Public Societies Registration Act. The Association represents the interests of the IT, ITES and Software Products Industry, both Domestic & Export Oriented units in the state. The role of HYSEA is all-encompassing. Its activities include everything that has an impact on the software industry in Hyderabad. It serves as a platform for its member companies to interact with the government as well as compete in the global market. HYSEA also helps the government in formulating industry-friendly policies by providing incentives, concessions and support for foreign investors and entrepreneurs. Finally, it seeks to promote and encourage its member companies by instituting awards for various categories.
Dr. Omkar Rai is the Director-General of STPI, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India. Under his leadership, STPI has been providing services to IT/ITES/ESDM industry for the promotion of software exports and entrepreneurship from the country. He is actively involved in various policy formulations required for the growth of the industry from time to time. Before STPI, he served in National Informatics Centre in various capacities. He holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from Banaras Hindu University.
Shri Devesh Tyagi is Senior Director, Software Technology Parks of India (STPI). He has more than 26 years of experience in IT/ESDM sector. He has been actively involved in the promotion of IT/ESDM sector and also working for the promotion of entrepreneurship, innovation and product creation in the country. He has also been involved in various policy formations for IT/ESDM sector. Prior to joining STPI, he served National Informatics Centre (NIC) in various capacities. He has a wide range of experience in Project Management and Software development. He possesses strong technical capabilities and delivered lot of remarkable projects during this period. Shri Tyagi has earned his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Marathawada University and Masters Degree from BITS, Pilani.
Mr. Shashidhar Reddy, Vice President (Engineering and business lead of Hyderabad Development Centre) and Centre Head, M/s Qualcomm India (P) Ltd, has consented to be the Chief Mentor for the proposed CoE.
Mr. Shashidhar Reddy is also a whole time Director of M/s QIPL and has built a team to work on development of protocol stacks,multimedia wireless platforms and driver development. Mr. Shashi Reddy has previously worked in Northern Telecom, Motorola,Sony, Intel and Skyworks Solutions.
Mr. Ramprasad is Director at Software Technology Parks of India (STPI)- Hyderabad under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Govt. of India, He is responsible for promotion of IT/ITES/ESDM units covering the states of AT & Telangana.
Mr. Ramprasad had started his career with NTPC Ltd; where he was associated with core team who developed one of the earliest Corporate Networks in the country for NTPC in 1987. He served in NTPC Ltd. At various capacities before joining STPI in 1999.
Mr. Ramprasad has done his B.Tech in ECE from College of Engineering, JNTU, Hyderabad and MBA from Osmania University. He had held responsibilities in STPI Chennai and Noida as Director, before taking charge of STPI Hyderabad, in 2014.
Sh. Subodh Sachan, Director STPI HeadQuarter and CEO of STPINEXT INITIATIVES, is heading pan-India startup initiatives of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) including establishment of domain specific Centres of Excellence in emerging technologies like IoT,AI,BlockChain,AR/VR etc.
Mr.Rajiv Chilka has Green Gold from a 1 person organization to a company that employs over 700 people. He is the creator of various animated TV shows such as, Bongo, Vikram Betal, Krishna, Chhota Bheem, Krishna Balram, Chorr Police, Mighty Raju, Luv Kushh and Arjun. He has directed 3 theatrical movies – Chhota Bheem and the Curse of Damyaan, Chhota Bheem and the Throne of Bali and Mighty Raju – Rio Calling. Rajiv Chilaka has received many accolades and awards, most notably, SCE Alumni Achievement Award from UMKC, ABAI Leadership Excellence award and CII Regional Emerging Entrepreneurs Award.
His creation, Chhota Bheem has gone on to become the most successful Indian animated TV series and he expanded the company’s business into multiple domains such as Licensing, Merchandising, Retail Stores, Events, Digital Business and Movie Distribution.
